Preparation of Bulk TiZrNbMoV and NbTiAlTaV High-Entropy Alloys by Powder Sintering

The refractory HEAs block material was prepared by powder sintering, using an equal atomic proportion of mixed TiZrNbMoV and NbTiAlTaV metal raw materials. phase analyzed, XRD. microstructure the specimen observed, employing a scanning electron microscope, compressive strength measured, electronic universal testing machine. results showed that bulk cubic alloy structure obtained sintering at 1300 °C 30 MPa for 4 h, small amount complex compounds were contained. According to pore distribution, formed can be divided into dense porous zones. At compression rate 10?4s?1, yield strengths alloys are 1201 700 MPa, respectively.
